I am committed to ensuring the quality of my prints. If you receive a product with quality issues, I will gladly provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return in this case.
For all other returns, please note that since my prints are made to order, I charge a 25% restocking fee and the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Shipping On-demand printing is usually within 3 business days, and shipping to NC is about 4 business days, so expect them to arrive in just over a week.
